Starting out on a strength training journey can be intimidating, but we're here to give you all the tools to remove those fears and help you feel more comfortable in the gym! Throughout this 12-week program you will build strength and confidence in the foundational movements that will set you up for success in your fitness endeavors.

After you sign up, you'll receive an email invite to set up your TrueCoach account and access the app.

THEN, get lifting!

Open the app and head to the "watch this first" section to get started! The program consists of 3 workouts per week!

We've been personal trainers for 15 years and owned our own gym for 8 years. Our main mission has always been to help people feel welcome and comfortable in the gym, so over the years we've dedicated all of our time and energy toward learning how to create the best programs for beginners that sets them up for success and boosts their confidence in themselves and their abilities!
