1. Monthly Subscription
Your purchase of the RISE or Rise Lite program enrolls you in a monthly subscription. This subscription automatically renews every month using the payment method on file until you choose to cancel.
You will be charged every month unless you cancel in accordance with the instructions below.
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
To cancel, you must contact us using one of the following methods:
- Message us directly in the app
- Email us at [email protected]
Please Note: Updating or deleting your profile or billing information within the app does not cancel your subscription. Our billing system is separate from the app itself. You must contact us directly to process a cancellation.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You are enrolling in a recurring monthly program
- You understand how to cancel
